We created this cost calculator as a resource to help inform you and your family about costs for frequently used health care services provided by Sutter Health organizations such as office visits, lab tests or X-rays. The estimated patient cost is just an estimate. The estimated cost is not a guarantee of insurance coverage or your total bill. Please check with your insurance company if you need help understanding your benefits for the service chosen. Your health plan may not be a participating plan with Sutter Health. A listing of Health Plans and products accepted at each of Sutter Health's Medical Foundations can be found at sutterhealth.org/openenrollment/accepted-health-plans.html. The estimated cost is specific to the service you choose and may not include additional services needed as part of your visit. For example, the estimate for office visit does not include any testing that may be done as part of that visit. Your total out-of-pocket cost depends on many factors, such as your specific benefit and coverage information, as well as the specific services you receive and your available provider network. If you opt to enter your health plan benefit information this tool will estimate the out of pocket cost share using the information you provide. Your final out-of-pocket cost may be influenced by many other factors such as the mix of services, your deductible, past performed services and the claims already processed related to your care or your family's care.
