A: To enroll online, your Sutter clinician must offer our online patient services – what we call My Health Online. All you need to do is use our online doctor search to find out. Once you are on the search page, type in your clinician's name. On your clinician's profile page, it will show if he or she offers online services.
A: We know providing personal information online isn't something to be taken lightly. At Sutter Health, protecting your private confidential information is a top priority. Please know that we need to ask for certain information that's unique to you, such as part of your social security and credit card, to help protect your medical identity. Your credit card information gives us another way to be sure we are giving access to your personal health information only to you. Your credit card will not be charged a fee and your card information is not kept on file.
A: You will receive your My Health Online access code in 24 hours of completing your online request, when you request an access code by email or text message. If you prefer to receive an access code by U.S. mail, please allow about 7 days to receive an access code. Please feel free to call our patient services contact center at 1-866-978-8837 or send a question to email@example.com.
A: Besides online enrollment, you can stop by your clinician's office or a local clinician care center to enroll in person. We also have an enrollment form you can print and mail to your clinician's office, if that's easiest for you.
A: Before a parent or guardian can access online medical record information for children age 11 or under, you first must sign up and activate your My Health Online account. Once you have an active account, you can request proxy access.
